What is shown is the key to making the backing secret: Here, the teacher speaks from two correct keys, without speaking of the key of uprightness and the lamp of emptiness of bindu, which is the key of one's own nature. Therefore, here too, there are two secret key instructions: The key to the means of uprightness is threefold, namely the key to the body, by filling the true lamp, showing the correct key appearing in the present; and by the key of the key channel, guiding the lamp itself upright; and by the key of place and faculty, the lamp is to be raised into the sky. Therefore, a person with faith and desire for the meaning of the Great Perfection of self-nature should first please his own lama, and through the great secret of the lamp entrusted to the sea, repeatedly determine this instruction, in order to abandon all attachment to this world and abide in the non-dual view of self-nature, go to a monastery where one's own place conditions do not harm, abandon friends, and live alone. Or the path, or the previous path, the peak and, clear appearances arise, and then even if you release the effort of your thumb and forefinger, the appearance of the external earth, stones, mountains, and rocks will not appear, but will be transformed into a higher appearance, and pure appearances will occur for a long time. Moreover, happiness and suffering are of the same cause, as the Protector of Travelers, the Bodhisattva, said, without suffering there will be no happiness, so the beginning of happiness is led by suffering. Therefore, initially, eye discomfort and so on are suffering, and relying on that, happiness itself will appear as its own nature. Then the posture of the body is very important. The way of wrapping like a Chinese knot is to look with the eyes extremely constricted. The way of straightening like an arrow shaft is that when the parts of the body are straightened, the channels do not bend and remain straight. When the channels are not crooked, wisdom manifests thoroughly, so the view abides without arising or ceasing. Therefore, this key point of the physical body is very important, because the lamp of awareness relies on the body, it is called destroying the house of awareness, and the method of straightening the lamp with the key point of the earth is to straighten the lamp in the field, which is indicated by the key point of concealing the cave, the key point of changing the path, the key point of blocking the road, and the key point of waiting for the crossroads. The key point of concealing the cave is to purify impure appearances by closing the upper and lower eyes. Changing the path is to restrain the breath of the mouth and nose, and to contract the body violently, so that red light shines like sparks, which will produce the power of wisdom. The key point of blocking the road is to hide the raised breath, bend the throat slightly, and press the thumb very hard. If you apply steam or powder to the nose, all appearances will appear as stars of wisdom, and the appearance of earth and stones will surely disappear. Therefore, the star of wisdom shines brightly. It is said. Waiting for the crossroads is to block the ends of the eyes with the thumb and forefinger, so that the lamp actually appears. Meditating in this way day and night, practicing without separating from it, various appearances will surely appear. Eye discomfort and the intervals of meditation should be closed as above.

Then, the appearance will arise, or it will turn into hail, etc., so that the earth and stones will not be visible. Then, even without closing the corners of the eyes, it will appear. Aim at it and look at it, closing the corners of the eyes when looking. By looking at it, according to the difference of superior, medium, and inferior, continuously do it for eleven days, twenty-one days, and thirty-five days, until the appearance of things such as earth and stones ceases. It is certain to experience something like the bardo appearance of existence. This is the instruction on the key points of the three guiding methods. The key point of the emptiness of the lamp's bindu is: When the appearance ceases like this, aim at the lamp itself and practice. In five years, seven years, or eleven years, the pure appearance of the five wisdoms will certainly arise. It is certain to enjoy an appearance like the bardo of the nature of self-purification. By conforming to such key instructions, the yogi will accomplish the meaning. This is the supporting text for aiming at sea salt, the secret black coded language, the lamp that gathers the key points.
