The fifth chapter, the chapter of complete dedication. The latter part of the Wrathful Lotus Wheel Tantra is complete. In Indian language: Padmachakra Kriya Tantra. In Tibetan language: Padma Tsuglag Khorlo'i Gyud. Homage to the Bhagavan, the King of Power. Then the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, praised the glorious Samantabhadra. The Lord of Secrets offered with offerings. With hundreds of secret dances, secret signals were made. The Bhagavan, the King of Power, arose from the secret sky, and knowing how to subdue the retinue of the secret lineage, he dispelled their doubts. In the teachings of the final age, in order to turn the wheel of karma, and in order to abandon seeing the faults of mantras, the illusory wheel of the Lotus Power is explained. The meaning of the Power Tantra, a hundred thousand in number, is divided by three keys. The threshold is the key of the wheel, the measure is the key of the mantra, and calculation is the key of the oral instructions. First, the mantra of the threshold is shown. The root wheel is said to be fourfold. The wheel arising from the body, having two stages, in the center are the signs of body and speech, the subduing wheel is the lotus of ten. There are also three, the middle and the lower. On the various burning lotuses, the subduing illusory wheel should be turned. Among them, there are seven kinds of faults and virtues, etc. Reversal, wandering, emptiness, constant turning, dullness, first arising, and the adornment of the wheel, are said to be seven. It has three branches. With twenty-eight branches, the Wrathful Lotus Wheel is completed. The mantra of approach is seven, the accomplisher is seven, the activity is seven, and so on, seven. The seventeen root letters are said to be the approach of the Lotus Body. From that, divided into five, it is said. The sixteen root letters are said to be the approach of the Lotus Speech. 轮。聚集之王极密者，显出秘密之续王，于时之精华成之时，自性力而生。似乌 উৎপལ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语：乌 উৎপལ་）或三者，若施则堕金刚地狱。如珍宝般如宝藏般珍藏。如是宣说后，猛力秘密之主等眷属皆欢喜，对薄伽梵之所说显现赞颂。莲花顶髻轮续后分中，随喜之品第四。

Wheel. To the King of Assembly, the most secret one, this manifest secret Tantra King, when it becomes the essence of time, will arise by the force of its own nature. If given to one like an Utpala or the three, one will fall into the Vajra Hell. Like a precious jewel, treasure it like a treasure. Thus he spoke, and the retinue, including the Lord of Fierce Secrets, rejoiced and praised the words of the Blessed One.
