夜叉阿帕拉古提亚纳拉提怛特罗。藏语中：名为《损益巴拉吉达秘密后续部》。 顶礼吉祥金刚手！ 之后，秘密之主再次向所有眷属宣说： 谛听，菩提萨埵众！ 一切欲求者阿帕拉， 若欲证悟成就，则修金刚手。 彼有外修、内修、密修三者， 复有极密修等四种。 外修如以圆形坛城围绕， 前方安立哈日。 于其末尾书写咒语， 外为聚集人心的咒语。 书写后置于宝瓶之中，或系于瑜伽士身，或置于珍爱之库中。 如此则成就无疑。 如是说。 第四品。 之后又宣说： 修持夜叉之誓言， 于上师与本尊， 修持金刚手。 于顶上善加思维， 于前方思维夜叉。 对众生生起慈悲心， 于一切忆念中发菩提心。 修持夜叉则获成就。 若欲长寿， 为降伏一切天魔， 则授予阿帕拉灌顶。 持诵心咒，委以事业。 如是说。 第五品。 之后当如实宣说， 此续之修持者， 具足信心与誓言、智慧， 具大悲心与智慧， 为利益众生之故，当秘密守护。 如是金刚持所宣说， 财神菩提萨埵亦随喜。 珍宝后续部，第六品圆满。 传承自莲花生大师。 邬金莲花生我， 于梵天降伏龙之寺庙中， 修持损益金刚手， 成就所欲后藏为伏藏。 仅一次以此等与伏藏护法交付。 贪执少而菩提心大， 信心安住誓言之人， 深信且精进之人， 目光长远且少有狡诈之人， 所作所为皆与佛法相符之人， 正直柔和且能忍耐之人， 无有虚伪且诚实聪明之人， 当对非器之人保密， 对具足根器之人则应弘扬。

The Yaksha Aparaguhya Narati Tantra. In Tibetan: Called the Subsequent Secret Tantra of the Yaksha Parachitta. Homage to glorious Vajrapani! Then, the Lord of Secrets again spoke to all the retinue: Listen, assembly of Bodhisattvas! Aparā, the fulfiller of all desires, If you wish to realize and accomplish, then meditate on Vajrapani. Therein are outer practice, inner practice, secret practice, these three, And also the most secret practice, thus fourfold. In the outer practice, surround with a circular mandala, In the front, establish Hari. At its end, write the mantra, The mantra for gathering the minds of people outside. Having written it, place it inside a vase, or attach it to the yogi's body, or place it in a cherished treasury. Therein, there is no doubt of accomplishment. Thus he spoke. Fourth Chapter. Then again he spoke: As the samaya for practicing Yaksha, To the lama and the yidam, Meditate on Vajrapani. Think very well on the crown of the head, In front, think of the Yaksha. Generate compassion for beings, Generate the mind of enlightenment in all remembrance. By practicing Yaksha, accomplishment is attained. If you wish for long life, To subdue all gods and demons, Then bestow the empowerment of Aparā. Recite the essence mantra and entrust the activities. Thus he spoke. Fifth Chapter. Then again, what is to be truly explained, Is that the practitioner of this tantra, Possesses faith, samaya, and wisdom, Has great compassion and wisdom, For the sake of benefiting beings, keep it secret. Thus spoke Vajradhara, And the wealth-owner Bodhisattva rejoiced. From the precious subsequent tantra, the sixth chapter is complete. Passed down from Guru Padmasambhava. I, Orgyen Padmasambhava, In the temple of Brahma subduing the Nagas, Practiced the Yaksha Vajrapani, Having accomplished the desired, hid it as treasure. Just once, entrust this to such a one and the treasure guardian. One who is less attached and has great Bodhicitta, A person who abides in faith and samaya, A person who has strong belief and diligence, A person who has far-sightedness and little deceit, A person who does everything in accordance with Dharma, A person who is honest, gentle, and patient, A person who is without pretense, honest, and intelligent, Keep it secret from those who are not vessels, It is appropriate to propagate it to those who have fortune.

It is fitting not to associate with the inferior, May you have a peaceful countenance towards all beings. Whatever happens, offer it to the Guru, May I meet with such a one. If you transmit after meeting, your own accomplishments will vanish, Even if you fill the world with wealth, it is a small service. If you give to those who crave profit and fame, it attacks your own life, If you give to the deceitful and fraudulent, you will incur the wrath of the Yakshas. Therefore, do not transmit, son of lineage, Whatever you have, give it to this.
