并且，用杵击打林伽等。之后对于一切损害者，进行事业的尽头猛厉火供。在三个灶孔中，用带刺的树木堆砌，点燃屠夫的火焰，生起天神，用阿格涅·兹瓦拉十四尊，勾招、砍断而焚烧。之后如林伽般在灰烬上，以林伽之形镇压恶毒。焚烧物为毒药和芝麻等。以此能摧毁恶毒。如是说。尽头猛厉之品第三。之后又宣说，对于不能念诵之人，瑜伽士圆满修持，作金刚橛的等持。在麝香等上念诵而施放，从内向外放出。对甘露嘎巴拉赞颂，如诀窍般调合而施放。如此行持必定解脱。思维禅定智慧之轮。如是说。颠倒镇压之品第四。之后又宣说，在国土中龙和年神居住的地方，首先以息法陈述实情，给予食子，行友好怀柔。取走财物，作为抵押扣留。以此瑜伽士会听从教诲。其他龙年作害之处，首先以息法调伏。之后作息法的念诵。其他未见实情的龙，旃陀罗等恶毒者，不听实情则从事猛厉事业。猛厉火供之时，以实情不将无辜者作为敌人。自身于一切时分，与本尊无二无别。如是宣说。忿怒尊甘露漩涡祈请说：诶玛世尊，此续我当如何受持？如是祈请。世尊答言：此续名为诀窍根本续，应当受持。如是宣说。甘露漩涡等心生欢喜。事业仪轨的诀窍和受持之品第五。黑鹏命咒根本续之诀窍圆满。印度堪布瓦苏达拉和多吉央旺掘藏师所译。总的来说，金刚手和鹏鸟，总续广大，一切都包括。诀窍续三部中，命咒根本诀窍续，金刚手黑鹏化身续，秘密心髓续三部。

Recite and release on musk, etc., release it from inside to outside. Praise the nectar kapala, mix and release it according to the key instructions. By doing so, liberation is certain. Contemplate the wheel of meditation and wisdom. Thus it is said. The chapter on showing the reversal of suppression, the fourth. Then again it was declared, in the country where nagas and nyen reside, first state the truth with peaceful means, give torma, and act with friendly coercion. Take wealth and goods, and hold them as collateral. By this, the yogi will obey the teachings. In other places where nagas and nyen cause harm, first subdue them with peaceful means. Then perform the recitation of peaceful means. Furthermore, nagas who have not seen the truth, chandala and other malicious ones, if they do not listen to the truth, then engage in fierce actions. At the time of the fierce fire offering, do not take the innocent as enemies with the truth. Oneself, at all times, should be inseparable from the deity. Thus it was declared. The wrathful one, Nectar Vortex, requested: Ema, Blessed One, how should I hold this tantra? Thus he requested. The Blessed One replied: This tantra is called the Root Tantra of Key Instructions, it should be held. Thus it was declared. Nectar Vortex and others were delighted. The chapter on the key instructions of action practice and holding, the fifth. The key instructions of the Root Tantra of the Black Garuda Life Mantra are complete.
