Having spoken thus, from suffering, the sole friend of beings in the three realms, the oceans of victorious ones heard. Those lords of compassion, all of them, in the palace of the one with willows, the lord of secrets gathered in that place. This great exhortation was spoken: "Lord of secrets, have you forgotten your former armor? Do you not know the suffering of the world? Having descended to the ground of compassion, you are of the lineage to dispel the suffering of the world. By holding the part of each lineage, subduing all the unruly ones, with words as a means of leading desire, in accordance with the part of karma and conduct, having transformed the perception, after combining the debate of the teachings, it is the lineage of establishing the true meaning." Having been exhorted in this way, the hero, the king Vajradhara, is skilled in taming the difficult to tame. The best of the victorious ones in all the worlds, the Vajra holder who holds the sign of secrecy, rejoiced and arose from his seat, and having shown all the great miracles, prophesied to the lords of the inverted world, those who are endowed with fortune. Those who are well endowed with karma and fortune, and who the victorious ones prophesied would appear, those fortunate ones with great merit, just as the emanation prophesied, now the time has come here, in order to prophesy the essence of samsara, by the blessings of the miracles, a sacred essence of the teachings, just as it was said and prophesied, it should be discussed for those who have fortune. The mountain called Dragshul Can, this place of the great monastery, is the place where the secret of the Great Vehicle arises for those who possess the essence of wisdom. Without beginning or end, it is praised by the holy ones. Without beginning or end, countless victorious ones, in that great holy monastery, the mandala of the mind is like a mirror. In this way, I also, without beginning or end, where the time of exhortation arose, I also show miracles in the same way. Thus he deliberated.
