སིྂ་ཧ་ཙ་ཏྲ་ནཱ་མ། 藏语中称为：狮乳续。 顶礼吉祥阎魔敌！ 如是我闻，一时，在印度地方的边陲，汇集了所有的海洋，汇集了所有的山，是所有天神鬼怪的聚集之处，是所有争端之源，在那里，大吉祥胜乐金刚居住的地方，除障天神请问说：请宣说狮乳续。 于是，大吉祥胜乐金刚说道：这个有很多，如果归纳起来，可以用七种方式来阐述。 即顶礼、阐述出生、处所、咒语和誓言、轮、镇压焚烧抛掷这七种。 那么，应该如何精进呢？ 请问。 他说：记在心里，用舌头念诵。 这样说道。 狮乳续中，开端和引发的章节是第一。 然后，除障天神又请问说：父尊，请阐述这七种归纳的词语。 于是，说道：顶礼是天龙八部对大吉祥胜乐金刚顶礼。 出生是：父亲是罗刹，母亲是龙，龙和罗刹结合的儿子，罗刹罗睺罗，他具备天龙八部，所以是军队的首领。 父亲是大自在天，母亲是海螺守护女神，他们两个的儿子是黑色的杀戮者，她具备天龙八部，所以是军队的首领。 父亲是善顶之王，母亲是毒喉女，他们两个的女儿是门隅女子，拥有金色的发辫，她具备天龙八部，所以是军队的首领。 狮乳续中，顶礼和阐述出生的章节是第二。 处所是雪山的顶端，或者坟墓场，或者河流交汇的三角洲。 咒语是极其殊胜的：凯德，罗睺~ྂ斯让，拉莫，智毗湿奴哈日拉帕，杂巴尼热巴扎拉南。 这样说道。 狮乳续中，处所和咒语的章节是第三。 然后，阐述誓言是：狗和女人的黄色毒药，食物残渣和口水是生命的毒药，不完整的物品和集会是凶兆的毒药，如果舍弃这三种毒药就是誓言。 狮乳续中，阐述誓言的章节是第四。 然后，阐述轮是：对于生命来说，轮有两种。

SIMHA CATRA NAMA. In Tibetan it is called: The Lion Milk Tantra. Homage to glorious Yamantaka! Thus have I heard at one time, on the edge of the land of India, where all the oceans gathered, all the mountains gathered, the gathering place of all gods and demons, the source of all disputes, there, in the place where the great glorious Yamantaka resided, the god who subdues obstacles asked: Please speak the Lion Milk Tantra. Then, the great glorious one said: There are many of these, but if summarized, they can be explained in seven ways. Namely, homage, explaining the lineage, place, mantra and vows, wheel, suppression, burning, and throwing, these seven. Then, how should one strive diligently? He asked. He said: Hold it in your mind and recite it with your tongue. Thus he spoke. From the Lion Milk Tantra, the chapter of introduction and initiation is the first. Then, the god who subdues obstacles again asked: Father, please explain these seven summarized words. Then, he said: Homage is the homage of the eight classes of gods and demons to the great glorious one. The lineage is: the father is a Rakshasa, the mother is a Naga, the son of the union of Naga and Rakshasa, the Rakshasa Rahula, he possesses the eight classes of gods and demons, therefore he is the commander of the army. The father is the great Lord Ishvara, the mother is the goddess who protects the conch, their son is the black slayer, she possesses the eight classes of gods and demons, therefore she is the commander of the army. The father is the king of the good peak, the mother is the poison-throated woman, their daughter is the Mon woman with golden braids, she possesses the eight classes of gods and demons, therefore she is the commander of the army. From the Lion Milk Tantra, the chapter of homage and explaining the lineage is the second. The place is the top of the snow mountain, or the charnel ground, or the confluence of rivers. The mantra is extremely excellent: Kete, Rahu~ྂ Sring, Ragmo, Trig Vishnu Harila Phob, Tsapani Rabja Lhanna Nan. Thus he spoke. From the Lion Milk Tantra, the chapter of place and mantra is the third. Then, explaining the vows is: the yellow poison of dogs and women, the remnants of food and saliva are the poison of life, incomplete objects and gatherings are the poison of bad omens, if one abandons these three poisons, that is the vow. From the Lion Milk Tantra, the chapter of explaining the vows is the fourth. Then, explaining the wheel is: for life, there are two kinds of wheels.

环绕。中央是三角形的灵。它的侧面画三个“崩”。其上结合画剃刀。轮辐十二个。其上有根本命咒三个。它的第三圈外围上，画第一个钉的咒语。那是成就光明的咒语。其下知晓业咒为毒。脸的朝向上写“绕”。那是杀戮的轮。命轮的截断是，按四层环绕，一层上剃刀头朝内。一层上根本头朝外。内外之间也写某某。六三二，尖三的六。外者根本咒，内者箭。月牙成就咒，中间是“丹”。画橛的轮时，第一个绳结是钉咒。轮的八侧是近咒。下面的绳结是成就咒。中央写业咒。遮止邪魔轮是交叉的，男女各画一张脸。画四个轮时，外面画地方的形状。然后八部众交叉和钉。隐秘的下面写“嘎贝”。方向的背后写“扎然”咒。四方角上写根本咒。南方瑜伽三角形钉压制。泰然迷惑而降伏时，轮辐八个都钉。智者书写咒语而降伏。否则事业都徒劳无功。狮乳续中，所示轮之品第五。之后薄伽梵开示镇压焚烧抛掷之业。轮放入颅器中。黑色的腹部剖开。大海混合分开。山腹剖开。埋在具加持的圣物之下。焚烧用黄刺树的火焚烧。灰烬扬在风中。猫头鹰乌鸦食肉鸟等，血和毒和橛抛掷。狮乳续中，镇压焚烧抛掷之品第六。第五续圆满。

Surrounded. In the center is a triangular linga. On its sides, draw three "bhung". On it, combine and draw a razor. Twelve spokes on the wheel. On it, there are three root life mantras. On its third outer circle, draw the mantra of the first nail. That is the mantra for accomplishing light. Below it, know the karma mantra as poison. In the direction of the face, write "rao". That is the wheel of killing. The cutting off of the life wheel is, surrounded in four layers, on one layer the razor head faces inward. On one layer the root head faces outward. Also write so-and-so between the inside and outside. Six three two, six of the three points. The outer one is the root mantra, the inner one is the arrow. Crescent accomplishment mantra, in the middle is "Dan". When drawing the wheel of the phurba, the first knot is the nail mantra. The eight sides of the wheel are the near mantra. The lower knot is the accomplishment mantra. In the center, write the karma mantra. The demon-repelling wheel is crossed, with one face each for male and female. When drawing four wheels, draw the shape of the place on the outside. Then the eight classes are crossed and nailed. Below the secret, write "Ga Bi". Behind the direction, write the "Tram" mantra. Write the root mantra on the four corners. South Yoga triangle nails suppress. When Tairan is bewildered and subdued, all eight spokes of the wheel are nailed. The wise write mantras and subdue. Otherwise, all actions are in vain. From the Lion's Milk Tantra, the fifth chapter on the wheel shown. After that, the Bhagavan taught the actions of suppressing, burning, and throwing. Put the wheel in the skull. The black belly is cut open. The sea is mixed and separated. The mountain belly is cut open. Buried under the blessed sacred object. Burn with the fire of the yellow thorn tree. Scatter the ashes in the wind. Throw the blood, poison, and phurba of owls, crows, carnivorous birds, etc. From the Lion's Milk Tantra, the sixth chapter on suppressing, burning, and throwing. The fifth tantra is complete.
