Nya ra nyi ca. Shak dang. Nga ha tam ta. In the language of India: Buddha kara ya hu ma na ma. In the Tibetan language: Called "The First Testament of the Buddha." I prostrate to the great Sixth Vajradhara. At the time when the lifespan is fifty thousand years, all sentient beings are born from the four types of birth. In the land called Thirty-Three, the land of joy and abundance. In the medicinal grove that nourishes, in the garden of the Youthful Nurturer. The Sambhogakaya, the Great Vajradhara, having emanated as Vajradhara, to Buddha Light Protector and others, surrounded by the excellent second retinue. They also consume food of the three fruits. The Dharma is the Paramita, the extensive ones are each Akru Kang, the intermediate ones are a thousand thousand, it is said to be twenty thousand and two thousand. The lowest is a hundred thousand Prajna, the Tantra of Mantras is a garland of flames. Egg sounds and so on, the explanatory Tantra of Wisdom Adornment, the Clear Light of the Supreme Thigle Tantra, many Secret Mantra Tantras are taught. The southern direction of the Lord of Gods, Indra Khangsa, is taught in this way. The four consorts of the Lord of Gods, Indra, along with the thirty-three sons, come to exhaust afflictions. The age is thirty-five years old. From then on, he also shows the manner of passing away. Meditating in Samadhi for eight thousand. At that time, the Vidyadhara Garab Dorje, flourishes in the garden of the Youthful Nurturer. Tears flow from the force of grief. Alas, alas, alas, alas, alas, alas, alas, alas. After the light of the Teacher's lamp has set, who will dispel the darkness of sentient beings? Having lamented in this way, fainted and awakened, gazing upwards into the expanse of the sky. In the midst of the swirling light of rainbows, the Sixth Teacher, Vajradhara. From his right hand, a ripe fruit appears upwards, from a precious crystal begging bowl, he pours out a fingernail's worth of butter. As I stretch my left hand upwards, a scripture falls into my left palm. Opening it and looking, blue branches, blue leaves, written with lapis lazuli juice appear. Seeing it, Garab is naturally liberated. His testament is like this. Alas, alas, son of the lineage. All the essential points of secret mantras, gather them together and practice them. The preliminary practices of body, speech, and mind are, impermanent.

Meditate on Bodhicitta with compassion. Rely on a solitary and delightful place. Seek spiritual friends who are in accordance with the Dharma. Gather stable resources. May the offerings to the supports of the three bodies be auspicious. The body rests in natural comfort. Although speech may have the fault of being unrestrained, Cut off the thoughts of past, present, and future in the mind. This is to meditate on a strong renunciation. Repeatedly tame the mind in the absence of virtue. Release the body, speech, and mind to their natural state. Then, the ultimate generation of the mind is: Meditate on selflessness with emptiness, clarity, and compassion. Because this body is born from karmic causes, The seeds of the six realms reside within it. Since awareness is the reality of the three bodies, The three bodies reside in the three syllables. Train the power of wisdom, distinguishing root and branches. There are two ways to distinguish: First, with the body of an ordinary person, At the brow, throat, and heart, As well as the navel, secret place, and soles of the feet, Meditate on white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), blue Ti (Tibetan: ཏི, Devanagari: ति, Romanized Sanskrit: ti, Literal meaning: Ti), green Nari (Tibetan: ནརྀ, Devanagari: नृ, Romanized Sanskrit: nṛ, Literal meaning: Nari), yellow Bhre (Tibetan: བྲེ, Devanagari: भ्रे, Romanized Sanskrit: bhre, Literal meaning: Bhre), red Sre (Tibetan: སྲེ, Devanagari: स्रे, Romanized Sanskrit: sre, Literal meaning: Sre), and black Du (Tibetan: དུ, Devanagari: दु, Romanized Sanskrit: du, Literal meaning: Du). In the three places of body, speech, and mind, the three syllables are: With fire blazing on white, red, and blue, Meditate on burning the seeds of the six realms. Recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) seven million times. With this, one can suppress the lower realms with one's feet. Secondly, visualize oneself as Vajrasattva. Meditate on the syllable wheels of body, speech, and mind. Third, invite and offer. Fourth, practice the conventional stages. Strive in both aspiration and application. Offer a mandala to complete the two accumulations. Pray to generate blessings. Perform prostrations and circumambulations to purify the obscurations of the body. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra to purify the obscurations of speech. Recite sutras, dedications, and aspiration prayers. Turn the wheel of Dharma day and night. Offer enjoyment to the four types of guests. Having thus completed the preliminaries, Bestow all the empowerments, including those with elaboration. Empowerment, life, vows, body, speech, and mind. Establish the boundaries of protection of the three without shame. It is the antidote to suffering. It is the iron hook that guides the six realms. It is the provisions for the path to liberation. It is the great ship that ferries across samsara. What is said thus is self-arisen. It is the heart essence of all teachings. It is the supreme legacy of Vajradhara. It is the entrustment of oral instructions. May the Dharma protectress, Black Wrathful Mother, protect! Samaya! Seal of the body. Seal of the speech. Seal of the mind!
