嗡（藏文：ཨོྂ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），梭哈（藏文：སཝཱཧཱ，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉语字面意思：梭哈）！ 藏语中：五身无别自生之书。五部圆满世尊之刹土。向智慧童子宝瓶之身顶礼！ 法身普贤王如来彼者显现为报身之相，处所明点完全清净，无有执著超越形象，遍照如来自性光明，轮回涅槃次第百部寂怒之言说，对此超越欲求者如是说道。 唉玛吙！自心所住之大光明，广大虚空显现甚稀奇！自心所现之大光彩！六境生起甚稀奇！自心中解脱之觉性者！三界解脱甚稀奇！获得五大自在之时，于斯薄顶峰开启泉眼，于身中安住，开始引导刹土，于语中五字圆满念诵，外内密三坛城观修，乐空明觉无分别，五身之五部自解脱，以化身撼动三界。见修行为果，以此圆满诸佛事业。此第四颂，于虚空中以文字之形式显现，为一切教法之子，对此向具缘之子宣说。如是说。报身之意行，具缘之子，书写名为《续》之珍宝，以颈佩戴，忆念法性而证悟成佛。以明咒守护之！三昧耶。宝印。隐印。深印。哈呀拉嘎纳瓦玛。匝卓吽章达当。

Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Svāhā! In Tibetan: The book of the self-arisen indivisibility of the five bodies. The pure land of the five-fold complete Bhagavan. I prostrate to the youthful wisdom vase body! The Dharmakāya Samantabhadra himself manifests as the Sambhogakāya, the place is perfectly pure bindu, without attachment, beyond form, Vairochana's self-nature is clear, the order of samsara and nirvana, the hundred peaceful and wrathful expressions, to those who transcend desire, he spoke thus: Emaho! The great light dwelling in oneself, the great expanse of appearance is wondrous! The great radiance appearing in oneself! The arising of the six realms is wondrous! The knower who is liberated from oneself! The liberation of the three realms is wondrous! When the five great powers are obtained, open the spring from the summit of Spo Mtho! Dwell in the body and begin to guide the pure lands! Recite the five syllables completely in speech! Meditate on the outer, inner, and secret three mandalas! Bliss-emptiness, clarity-awareness, non-conceptuality! The five families of the five bodies are self-liberated! With the emanation, shake the three realms! The view, meditation, conduct, and result, the activity of the assembly of deities, is completed by this! This fourth verse appears in the sky in the form of letters, it is the child of all teachings, show this to the fortunate son! Thus he spoke. The Sambhogakāya's intention and conduct, a fortunate son, wrote the precious thing called 'Tantra' and wore it around his neck, remembering the Dharmata and attaining enlightenment. Protect with the mantra! Samaya. Treasure seal. Hidden seal. Profound seal. Hya la ka na va mā. Tsa trūṃ jaḥ ḍa ṭaḥ.
